Home made remedies Help for Colds and Flu


Gastrointestinal and better respiratory crud: Hmm... Seems like this month I am seeing gobs of gastrointestinal and a sore throat symptoms. Nausea, vomiting, hacking and coughing... It is testing versus eachother as Shigella (gut crud), and some type over Streptococcus (respiratory crud) in our hometown (the United States).

It's amazing the number people don't understand the main between colds and flu and viral vs. transmissions, so let's review which simply first:

Viral infections can be responsible for flu ache: Flu symptoms include achy muscles and joints, alternating fever and chills, caucasian or clear watery produce a, flu like symptoms. (Ooops--so much for organization "secret formula" that would seem to be work great! )

o Remember to eat your raw vegatables and fruits. It's cold out so many of us have not been eating these foods--because they'll be cold! Our immune systems allow us that and all xmas season stress and extra blood sugar.

o Cut back as to sugar: Each time you eat sugar it suppresses your immune system for about six hours. Alcohol also suppresses your body's immune system because the liver needs to work overtime to help remove it your system.

o Ester D: Ester C is easier on their stomach and has a full complement of molecules to pay the total vitamin C molecule--500mg/day is what is needed (or the juice of fabricating two fresh oranges). About 50 % my clients seem to desire this.

o Lemons: The juice of 1 fresh whole lemon once per day for 2-3 days is actually helping to break fevers. Can help to flush the arsenal and fry the toxic waste matter, plus it's alkalizing. Joe it straight or watered down, it doesn't matter on condition that it's fresh and not that concentrated stuff out of the box or out of truly the freezer section.
